Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) of receiving full payment and order confirmation.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a Friday, or on a national holiday, will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the rug's size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Carriers: We primarily ship via trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS.

Note on Delivery Estimates: The transit times provided are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages, Loss, and Inspection

A. Damage in Transit

Crucial Inspection: For oversized/freight deliveries, you must inspect the product packaging for damage before-signing the carrier's delivery receipt.
- If the packaging is visibly damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos before accepting the delivery.
- If the product itself is damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Reporting: If a standard item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage to both the rug and the shipping box.

B. Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows an order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
