Refund policy
We take care carefully of all our products quality before they got sell. This is the reason why we DO NOT accept returns, EXCHANGES ONLY.
In order to qualify for an exchange, we have to verify that the product is in good condition or get an INMEDIATELY proof of any trouble the product can have (dirt/damage), you will have a maximum length time of 5 days to send us pictures and videos through any of our contact forms.
If you want an exchange of the product, the new choose product has to be equal or higher to the amount that you had already paid (and pay for the difference). If the exchange is made in person, you just need to bring the item and exchange it, or if it's the case, pay the difference for the new product. If you want an exchange by shipping, you will be responsible for any shipping fees required.
